When Tricky Fish opened its first location in 2017, diners were attracted to the brand’s relaxed and fun environment. They asked questions about the brand’s logo on promotional items in the restaurant.  Tricky Fish extended the brand by launching Tricky Fish Life, a lifestyle brand featuring sportswear and more, just in time for the holiday season.

The brand encourages fans to ‘Live Life Off the Hook.”  The Fall 2018 collection includes an array of t-shirts, sweat shirts, fishing shirts, embroidered polos and hats.

Tricky Fish is the creation of the team at Razzoo's Cajun Cafe, which for 27 years has delivered Cajun food and fun to diners at its 21 locations in Texas and the South.

“We realized very quickly that Tricky Fish is much more than a restaurant,” explained company president Chris Degan.  “The brand really reflects a lifestyle, even more than the Razzoo’s brand does.

It’s exciting to share the Tricky Fish lifestyle with people beyond those who are able to enjoy our restaurants in Richardson and Fort Worth,” said Degan.  “Our plan is simple. Make comfortable, casual, cool clothes for everyday wear.”

The company sees the key demographic for Tricky Fish Life as similar to that of the restaurant itself.  The core customer is young, professional and enjoys relaxed leisure experiences.

Tricky Fish Life plans line extensions each season beginning in Spring 2019 .
